This home was just what we needed. A beautiful quiet place to recharge. Amenities were very nice, my husband and son played pool everyday, and we all enjoyed the swimming pool and Hottub each night to unwind. Home was very close to town for all of our needs, local shopping, great restaurants and activities for the kids. We will definitely be back.

Stayed here for my wedding week and the house was amazing and had plenty of room for me and the guests and the pool and putting green was fun and always had something to do at the house! I definitely recommend this place to stay!

This property was perfect for our Spring Break visit. It was easy to get to Spring Training baseball and local trailheads. We appreciated the nearby restaurants and grocery store. The pool and hot tub were the highlight of the trip for our kids. We would definitely stay again!

First, we really enjoyed the house, pool and hot tub. A couple concerns surfaced that we wish could have been better. 1). The hot tub water level wasn’t filled up high enough to allow for a proper operation. After multiple calls and some effort on our part, we located a hose and filled it to a proper level. Unfortunately we were unable to use it the first night. 2). There was a plastic sheet on the queen bed. This made it too noisy to sleep comfortably. After a poor night’s sleep, the plastic was removed and sleep improved - although the bed remained somewhat uncomfortable.

The house and neighborhood were great. The house was very clean and had everything that we needed. The only negatives were a missing remote for the master bedroom TV, the screen door needs to be put back on the eating area patio door and the hot tub cover needs to be replaced. None of those things negatively impacted of enjoyment of our stay. We would definitely stay at this house for our next visit to Scottsdale.

This home was really nice and clean. The backyard was beautiful and had lots to do. My kids loved playing in the pool. We just wished the pool was heated because it got chilly and we were only able to use the pool for one day. There is a TV in the backyard and games for the family. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The home was spacious but cozy. Restaurants and stores were only a short drive away. There was even a pack and play for my toddler to sleep in. Overall my family and I really enjoyed our stay and will book again whenever we visit Mesa again.

We’ve stayed here twice now and always look forward to it. It’s spacious and clean. The only downside is the pool chairs are broken and so are a lot of the toys. That stuff definitely needs an upgrade. But overall, it’s amazing!

From the moment we walked into the property, it felt like home and we couldn't wait to spend the full week there. The home was comfortable and perfectly air conditioned. The outside was beautifully landscaped and had all kinds of extra bonuses like the outdoor TV. The pool table inside was so much fun and gave us one more way to pass the time while avoiding the extreme heat of the day. The pool was fantastic and wonderfully warm, with tons of pool floating and toys to have fun for the whole family. The home was very accessible and incredibly close to all amenities. We would definitely love to book this property again in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stayed. House was clean, outside pool area was great. Disappointed there was only one chaise lounger seeing the pictures showed four. One downside for us is that we didn’t know there were pool floats until our last day. Grocery store just a few minutes away as well as shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was very nicely furnished and so comfortable. The pool was great and was a welcome retreat from the summer heat. If you’re traveling with small children, it is comforting to know the doors to the patio out to the pool open by a latch at the top of the door so kids can’t get out there on their own. Very nice neighborhood and friendly people.

The place was clean. I was worried after seeing a couple reviews. I got this place because I wanted an option for the hot tub. Some said it was not full or clean. Water was a little low in day one. I didn't say anything. But day two someone had come and filled it. The pool was amazing. We found a lot of pool toys in a shead. The pool table was also a great thing for when it was too hot outside. The outside had plenty of sitting areas, in sun or shade. The kids loved it. We would stay again.

Beautiful property with a stunning back yard. Limited cutlery and limited amenities (i.e., limited shampoo, no coffee filters). Otherwise, a perfect venue for a family vacation to celebrate a 60th birthday.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It was exceptionally clean inside as well as the grounds outside by the pool and patio area. We had the pool heated and we were very pleased at how warm it stayed allowing the kids to swim daily. The beds and couches were very comfortable and all appliances worked great. The house had all the necessities (paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap, etc) provided and the kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and pans. The home is located in a lovely, safe neighborhood that we took walks in daily. We had a small issue with a screen door that was remedied the same day. Very impressed with the responsiveness by the management company to this issue. The house is conveniently located to so many things to do in the area. Overall, a great rental.

Beautiful home, easy to find and spacious enough for everyone to have their own space. Easy and clear instructions on how to get inside, and had everything you needed to feel right at home. They even included laundry detergent which was nice for our week long stay. We would stay again, we only wish they had some throw blankets to use while lounging around the house

We stayed for five days while our son played baseball in the area. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We loved the location. The only issue was that due to poor communication - the pool was not heated when we got there, even though we had requested it ahead of time. That was disappointing, but our trip was still wonderful.

Nice place- it was comfortable for our families needs, with two kids and others family members. The pool is great– a little deep for little kids as the shallow end is probably 4 ft deep. But otherwise a great place to stay!

Wonderful property and very good property management. The first morning we realized the coffee maker had a major leak. We called and they had a new one delivered to our door by the end of the day. The outdoor space was awesome. Clean pool and hot tub. Nice patio area. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay! Loved property, everything went great. Would recommend to others and would stay there again for sure! The only suggestion would be to let guests know when booking if you need a late check out it must be done ahead of time. That was the only thing that I would have done differently.

This house was in a beautiful residential neighborhood where everyone cares about their homes. Beautiful landscaping and quiet and relaxing. There were several great restaurants and a grocery within a few minutes drive. The pool and back yard sitting area was so nice, and the house is so clean and updated. Loved the pool table, and all the TVs. We would love to return to this area and this house.

But my husband and I enjoyed the house. We did not turn on a single one of the 8 TV's - but that is just us. Did not use many of the great amanities - pool, hot tub, pool table. We are in our late 70's and come to the area for golf every January. My only complaint was the time needed to get hot water. You had to turn it on and go do something else. We are spoiled with instant hot water in our whole house!

This was a perfect place to spend the holiday with our family. Loved the pool table and all the different spots to gather. Really loved that they provided a turkey roaster without asking. Only suggestion would be to provide glass wine glasses and glass wear. The wine glasses were plastic and deformed, likely from being put in the dishwasher. Other than that we had everything we needed.

Arguably our most relaxing VRBO experience--would visit again! The backyard pool, jacuzzi, and covered patio/outdoor living room is fantastic! The beds are comfortable, but the second bedroom needs a dresser; had to use a nightstand from the other bedroom in addition to the closet. Bathrooms modern and clean, kitchen is spacious and well appointed, living room comfortable with sectional and big-screen TV, easy garage access. Relaxing at home was a pleasure! Responsive team members, quick replies and effective problem solving were key to making our experience successful.

The home was exactly as pictured/expected. The backyard oasis was amazing. The trees and flowers surrounding the pool were beautiful. We loved sitting out in the evening watching our favorite shows. We had an issue with the pool being overheated, but the owner and Vacasa were very quick at having it fixed! We loved our stay and would recommend it to our friends.

The home was clean and well-appointed, located near great restaurants and shopping. Lovely outdoor living area. We wouldn't hesitate to rent again. Owners may want to spray for ants outside as they seemed to be swarming around the pool deck and some bite. I'm sure this is a reflection of the season and nature; not cleanliness. There were NO BUGS inside!

Great house and even better pool. The listing is accurate, only thing they fail to mention is the basketball hoop in the pool which turned out to be an added bonus. Some of the amenities mentioned are worn and not usable like the ladder golf and connect four game. Great communication from the owner. They answered all questions we had very promptly. They make the arrival and departure process extremely easy. I would definitely rent from the owner again, and may even come back to this location since we enjoyed ourselves so much.

Starting from the very easy check-in process to the cleanliness of the house our stay was great. A gem of a vacation-home find in the heart of southeastern Phoenix metro (Mesa), my family and I enjoyed a five-day stay in early September 2021 when we opted for a private home instead of a hotel in order to minimize potential exposure risk to the covid Delta variant. Casa Azul did not disappoint. The home featured stylish, new and clean furnishings, a spacious master bedroom and two additional bedrooms with more than ample closet/storage space, comfy den for TV/movie watching at night, clean full kitchen for cooking meals and storing groceries, a backyard pool with outdoor games and patio, and more. The home itself sat in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood with well-to-do homes and offered easy/convenient access to nearby supermarkets, pharmacies, retail stores and some restaurants. While our vacation sights were actually located in Tempe and Phoenix proper, the Mesa community was friendly and welcoming. While we did need to make the management company aware of an unexpected one-time issue encountered with a couple of kitchen appliances, customer service staff were responsive and property management staff addressed/resolved the issue quickly and easily. All said, the home helped make our Phoenix visit comfortable and enjoyable, and we will absolutely plan to stay here again in the future!
